Dear All,

I'm sorry I won't be able to attend todays' conference call. I'll be in 
an urgent meeting with our prime minister over the plan of our minister 
of culture to put the building of the Royal Academy up for sale.

Sorry about this.

The building of the Royal Academy is still available, however, for 
Council meetings etc. But maybe we should take a look at the residency 
of the council members to take a lowest-cost decision on the next face 
to face meeting?
