The new instructions are as follows:

Call the conferencing service:

US (toll free): 1-866-722 8225
UK (toll-free): 0800 953 1275
Other International callers must call a regular UK number:
+44 1452 555 499

Should you want to call the toll number from within the UK, you would 
dial: (0) 1452 555 499

when you are connected enter a PIN number:
520522#

It then asks you to state your name followed by a #. This announces you 
to the list, and is probably worth doing.
