Draft minutes posted

Council members: Lou did an excellent job of posting minutes of our
last conference call only 48 hours after we had it, but so far only
Christian & I have commented; surely someone else has something to
say about 'em? I think everyone should read the minutes[1] and
comment on them soon, lest silence imply agreement.

Lou, Christian: Let's give everyone a week or so, but I think they
should be made public (i.e., get a link on the index page) by Fri 27
Feb at the latest.

    And informally, I'd be interesetd in reports as to which browser
    you are using when the .xml versions are properly styled. (And, I
    suppose, which browsers do not properly style it.)
