Thanks a lot for setting this up.  

<p>I will start collecting agenda items now.  As usually, we are
expecting reports from the progress of the workgroups.  I also noted
the issue of "branding" the TEI mailinglists & other
communications. If there is anything else, please come forward and
mention it to us here.
