May meeting

Further to Sebastian's reminder, if you are thinking "oh I'll be able to
find cheap accomodation for myself, I won't bother", then you have
probably never tried to find reasonable accomodation in central Oxford
during the height of the season!

Seriously: don't expect to find anything as convenient or cheap at that
time of year, even if you start looking now.

Aside from that, can I urge on Council members the importance of
attending this meeting. We have a lot of technical work now underway or
planned, and it needs to be properly assessed. The Council is the only
mechanism we have to do it with. Don't disappoint the people who elected
you!

Lou
