The consensus of on- and off-list communication seems to be that we should 
wait until the end of the month and see what Consuelo (and Merrilee) come 
up with.  I'll write to that effect.  The task force should then plan to 
pick up the conversation at the beginning of March, probably with a status 
report from Merrilee, and continue on from there.  Thanks for speedy 
turnaround.  And thank you, Merrilee, for working on this with Consuelo.
