May meeting

As you all know, we have a face-to-face meeting planned for
May 16th and 17th in Oxford.

Accomodation around here is scarce and highly-booked, so
I'd really like to get some idea in the next week to say

 a) will you be attending
 b) which nights you will need accomodation for

Could everyone please email our administrator, Judy McAuliffe,
(Judy.Mcauliffe at oucs.ox.ac.uk), with a first version of
their thoughts on attending the meeting in Oxford?
