call for participation (draft for comment)

Sorry if this is already a bit late in the day:

The above says that the meetings will be funded, and travel to these
meetings. I'm not sure if this means accommodation and per-diem are
covered for the attendees or not.

That is only a week, can't it be extended at least a bit more?
