    Wonder if any of that money reached Bin Laden and his gang.
          
    It's all just a giant violence & money machine. In reality, the elite rulers of global capitalism have no national loyalties.
         
    Occasionally they find it useful to pump up nationalist and tribal sentiments within their local fiefdoms. That's what's happening in the USA right now with all the flag-waving and sabre-rattling.
