Representing freedom fighters from liberation movements and struggles for self
determination in Puerto Rico, Mexico, the USA and Canada. Proceeds raised from
the calendar will go to medical support for political prisoners.
The calendar features information on Death Row prisoner Mumia Abu Jamal,
American Indian Movement prisoner Leonard Peltier and many former members of
the Black Panther Party and the BLA who are still in prison and still
struggling for Black liberation. Also included will be information on the
recent history of Native resistance to colonisation in Canada, on the Puerto
Rican freedom fighters who remain incarcerated and on the prisoners being held
in Mexico as a result of the 8 month long student strike at UNAM. This
