The object of capitalism in a pure free enterprise system is to corner
the market by any means possible, plain and simple. Any law that
diminishes one's right to achieve this is a restriction on that market
and the market is no longer truly free.

A law guaranteeing equal access and equal opportunity to all is a
regulation of the marketplace and a restriction of its freedom.

A lack of civility is both demeaning to its practitioner and degrades
the value of their position. Much better to skewer each other with
logic and facts than trying to drown each other in piss.
