    Isn't there, in the court system, a concept of "frivolous" suits/cases?
    Certainly this could be a helpful concept for the list moderator's
    consideration. n.b.--moderating's a hard job, and appreciated.

    degree felt in Israel, there would be here 1000 times less political freedom
    than there. Of course, these reflections won't much help as one sits with
    one's M-16 on hilltop religious community above Nablus...and I won't even
    bring up the issue of what one is doing there, on the grounds that a
    pro/anti-Israel discussion could wipe out this list 10,000 times more quickly
    than the DH et al. rants have.
         Beyond that...I just keep thinking "freedom" (and much else) "is a
    constant struggle", internally too.
