This book, and both reviews, are cold-war anti-communism warmed over,
and nothing but. _Society_ is a hateful, racist neocon rag
masquerading as scholarship. Unless the review distort Ellis' book
seriously, it sounds like much the same thing -- another attack on
egalitarianism, i.e. in favor of, not "most Americans," but the elite.

    Sincerely,

asked why the poor were hungry, they called me a communist."

"The Nobel Peace Prize winner of 1996, physicist Joseph Rotblat,
said that he had quit the atom bomb project in 1944 when told that
its purpose was to develop a weapon not against the countries we were
then fighting but against our ally, the Soviet Union." - William
