In the late sixties, in response to the FCC's dictum that radio stations
desist from playing drug-related music, radio station WBAI in New York
played an evening's worth of such songs. Included on my tape are the
    following:
                    Trans Love Airways
                    Legalize Marajuana - Marshall Efron
                    Strawberry Fields - The Beatles
                    Love of Grass
                    Puis Que Je Suis Fumeur
Let's Go Get Stoned - Joe Cocker (originally done by Ray
    Charles)

(Note: Before Napster we just recorded off the radio and passed the tapes
    back and forth!!)

And there's also One Toke Over the Line by Brewer & Shipley. I think you'll
find a good selection suggested by list members. The choice you make depends
on the mood you're trying to create.
