1) Drugs in the 1960s - particularly influential works by Leary, others?
Also, if possible, on their political value...;
2) Commodification of dissent in the 60s (or generally), other than
Thomas Frank's two new books that I've already been reading;
3) History of Rock and Roll (and, again, its political value/importance)?
If there are, say, ten books and ten articles on these subjects that I
can't miss, what would they be? I'm interested in both primary and
secondary writings.
