Wouldn't it be neat to meet in person to discuss these issues surrounding
war protests, the responsibilities of soldiers and civilians, returning
vets and closure for all involved. Veterans, activists, historians, and
participants in anti-war protests are invited to gather at the Pentagon,
Oct.25 & 26, 1997. If you are interested in what occurred there 30 years
ago I have reprinted a limited number of the Washington Free Press special
