I have a few questions for people on this list who have connections with
the penal system. I need to know the following information but don't know
where to obtain it:
1) Out of the number of people incarcerated on drug charges, how many are
Vietnam vets?
2) Of those imprisoned, how many started to use drugs because of wounds
sustained in the Vietnam War?
