Dear Sixties scholars,

I have a query in regards to research on the Peace and Anti-War
Movement of the 1960s. Does anyone know of any research that has
been done on a local level in regards to the development of this
movement? I am not referring to large cities and elite universities.
Furthermore, I am seeking any sources on work done that explores
various interrelationships between campus and community social
movment organizations. For example, how did SDS interact with the
Women's International League for Peace and Freedom? I am interested
in smaller cities and less elite Universities. This is related to a
thesis topic which I have recently engaed myself to. "Peaceniks of
Terre Haute, IN: Cognitive Liberation of Campus and Community Anti-
War Activists."

Thank you,
