I want to report a major new addition to the Sixties Web site. I've put up
the full text of the 1971 Winter Soldier Investigations--public hearings
which were sponsored by Vietnam Veterans Against the War. The testimony is
taken from over 100 pages of the 1971 _Congressional Record_ and is an
invaluable source for those doing research on the war. To go directly to
