I'm in complete agreement, John. And please accept my apologies in
advance if I seemed either preemptive or presumptuous. That wasn't my
intention but am well aware email has a clout (and I sometimes have an
enthusiasm) that sounds more like a roar than a whisper.
I'm hoping many ideas emerge over the next several months and that will
help us think through content and technology in some melded way. That
said, you are completely right that we need to get to the basics first.
Again, apologies in advance if I scared anyone with that too-hasty email.
I put that on the table as one morsel in what I suspect will be a tech
smorgasbord and also to see if there are ways of thinking through content
areas and technology together.
Finally, thanks for your quick and candid response, John. That's
important and I appreciate it very much.
All the best,
Cathy
