Some of our authors have noticed that the Blackwell's guide to contributors
is not exhaustive. For example, the guidelines do not specify how to cite an
internet source.
In cases where Blackwell's guidelines are not specific enough, would you
please follow MLA guidelines. If there is something that is not covered
there, please drop us a line and we'll consult with Blackwell's.
