[ete] please scan these queries on ETE bibliography items

Folks,

We're in the home stretch on the Electronic Textual Editing volume,
and copyediting has turned up a number of orphaned or incomplete
bibliographic entries: they are all included in the attached PDF,
with my best guess on where they might have been cited in the text
and, in some cases, with requests for information to complete the
entry. Please scan the whole list, which is not all that long, for
things that might have your name attached, and if you can contribute
clarification of any sort, please do so by mailing the information to
Michael Kandel <mkandel_at_mla.org>.
