In response to professor Unsworth's question, I have to say that although I
could associate more with Baker's little pleasures, I enjoyed reading
Drucker. Yes, there really was little to no narrative. But, how many can
say that they didn't search for a meaning in there. I did. It made me think
more about the text and how language can manipulate us. Whereas I became
bored with Baker's constant emphasis on minutia, i appreciated the fact that
Drucker put everything on a larger scale. She didn't feel the need to bore
us with repetitions.
