I think the Dreams project has a great deal going for it in
term of page design and layout. I'd call it soft surrealism.
And it is consistant in its tone, yet presents a great deal of
variety so I didn't get bored.
Yet I think a bit more could have been done with design. Wghat
I'm getting at is: dreams are not consistant and organized.
Unfortunately the HTML format lends itself to an organized
look--pages that have everything all in a row with nice square
pictures. So perhaps there's some balance that should be
struck between a consistant soft surrealism and a surprising
emorphidity that resembles splotches and swatches fot he
subconscious.
The re-touched images werked well to give some sense of
subconsicous dislogic--I liked them the best out of everything.
Whew-it was a big project. The variety of work makes it
interesting.
Another suggestion I could make is to use some kind of
animation technology, but I gather you already talked about
that.
Overall I thought it was a very interesting project and enjoyed
using it.
