Group 5--
The images and graphics in this project are excellent--I think that you have
used background graphics that really match the cathedral images well, and
definitely create an eerie atmosphere. I especially liked the gargoyles as
anchor tags. It was a bit hard for me to see the text at times, I don't know
if you can do anything about that, but it may help to enlarge the font a bit
on some of the pages. (Also, i noticed a spelling mistake on
url-ant7y/pickone.cgi?poltergeists/3/--just thought you might want to know).
Overall, I found the project to be very visually engaging. The cathedral
images you've chosen are really beautiful, and I think the sequence works
too.
As far as the text goes, I think that you have a really good concept, but I
lost the thread of the story at times. The theory links helped clarify the
cross cultural aspect of the stories, but I didn't see it as clearly in the
text. I don't think that really hurts the project because you do explain it
at the end. Also, I'm a bit confused about the salvation door, is there a
corresponding door to damnation in the random link generator? (I've been
saved every time that I have gone through this program, so I don't know)--if
there is no door to eternal damnation in this project, I think it would be
really cool if you put one in--send some of your readers to hell.
I am really impressed with your project, you all obviously have alot of
technical expertise, so great job.
