Fixing the hypermail archive

I think I have figured out and fixed the problem with the hypermail
archive, which didn't seem to be archiving mail distributed to the
class. The other problem--that mail sent to the list didn't seem to be
getting distributed--also seems to have been worked out. Sorry for any
frustration or anxiety.
