SOLAR forms

SOLAR people, your form script is almost complete. Since
monticello's httpd wouldn't allow me to put the submissions in
the home directory, I had to move it into the /Ed/SOLAR/submits
directory. The file names are the person's email ids. Say, I
told it my email address is 'mwm3q@virginia.edu', then the name
of the file is mwm3q.dat. I have NOT made provisions yet for
multiple submits. Right now, since I'm still working out bugs,
if a person submits more than one form, the data file gets
overwritten each time. I will adjust it this weekend.
Please let me know what you think of the output of both the
screen and the file so that I can adjust in the program.
