I will take up the position that books are *not* interactive. Books do not
take any input from the reader, and do not change in reponse to that input.
I don't know how one can "interact" with a book. But what is the definition
of interactive? I don't think web pages are all that interactive either. A
program like ELIZA is what i consider interactive.
