This is a design position, not construction, so recent engineering power plant structural design experience is a must. Demonstration of leadership skills to lead people and programs so that business and regulatory objectives can be met.

It would be advantageous to have the following operational experience in: ASME, API, NFPA, and DOT-195.
A MS in Engineering or Management will be a plus as will the permitting processes for port construction. Any survey experience is a plus. Your initial responsibilities will include operating as a Program Manger and assistant engineer for a port expansion project. You need to know liquid refined products inside and out! Describe your familiarity with NFPA 70, ISA 1910, IEEE, and API standards. (preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or Chemistry.
Prefer someone with a P.
Requires proficiency with MSOffice and Outlook.
