I received a number of fun email messages from readers about the column, but I also received one that I thought was most thought-provoking. If so, we may not share the same views on brands and branding. Alleen jammer dat je die klap terug niet had verwacht.
With, apparently, mixed success. Brands must be organically grown. The product or its brand?
