Schedule for upcoming discussions and votes on ADHO Steering Committee:
The schedule outlined below will allow us to decide the four questions
we agreed (in our March 15 conference call) to resolve before the
annual conference. Discussion may continue during the voting week, but
the vote will be called by the end of the day listed, below, for each
question. Questions will be decided by a majority vote (which is
defined in Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, 10th Edition, p.
387, section 1.7-13, as "more than half of the votes cast by persons
legally entitled to vote, excluding blanks or abstentions"), with votes
being counted at midnight GMT on the day the vote is due.
Wed., April 13: Begin discussion of the governance protocol
Wed., April 20: Wrap up discussion on the governance protocol
Wed., April 27: Last day to vote on whether to recommend the
governance
protocol for final approval by the ACH and
ALLC executive boards
Begin discussion on the conference protocol
Wed., May 4: Wrap up discussion of conference protocol
Wed., May 11: Last day to vote on whether to recommend the conference
protocol for final approval by the ACH and
ALLC executive boards
Begin discussion of the program chair
Wed. May 18: Wrap up discussion of the program chair
Wed. May 25: Last day to vote on the program chair
Begin discussion of COCH-COSH membership in ADHO
Wed. June 1: Wrap up discussion of COCH-COSH membership
Wed. June 8: Last day to vote on COCH-COSH membership
Tuesday, June 14: ACH and ALLC executive boards meet in Victoria
