Following the increase in the use of gaming within Classics (including
the recent CA panel, presentations at the digital classicists seminar
and elsewhere and Shawn Graham's Case Study on Civilisation as a

Call for Papers (deadline 15th February)

Research has shown that games applications that are designed to do more
than entertain (aka 'serious games') can effectively engage learning.
Hence this conference seeks to bring together leading researchers and
developers with interested professionals in education and training in
order to stimulate debate on the design and deployment of serious games,
including mobile learning games. Submissions are invited on all aspects
of serious games that are relevant to learning and teaching.
