Hi Stanislav and all Hodges' model is I believe frequently treated as (yet) another form of mind-mapping. I'm keen to argue that while there are many similarities, Hodges' approach (and Wliber's?) is different from Buzan's mind-mapping. I've posted about this on the blog below which may supplement your search .... If I had time I would like to investigate this in more detail, especially the argumentation aspects...
