I don't know is this is one of the missing, but there was an ALLC
conference in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1987. Here is the list of ALLC
conferences 1982 - 1989 from the Siegen conference (1990) info stored
at the archives in Virginia:

"Recent ALLC conferences have been held at Pisa (1982), San
Francisco (1983), Luvain-la-Neuve (1984), Nice (1985), Norwich
(1986), Gothenburg (1987), Jerusalem (1988), and Toronto (1989)"
