Dear Colleagues:

The 29th Annual Penn Linguistics Colloquium will take place February 25-27
at the University of Pennsylvania's Jon M. Huntsman Hall.

Keynote address:
Mark Baker (Rutgers University), on:
Gerund constructions within a universal theory of categories
(Title TBA)

The PLC 29 program includes sessions on syntax, semantics/pragmatics,
computational linguistics, morphology/syntax,
the syntax/semantics interface, phonetics/phonology, historical syntax

For the first time, this year's PLC will host a workshop by Anthony
Kroch, Beatrice Santorini, and Beth Randall. Its title will be:
"Syntactically Annotated Corpora: What, Why and How?"
