Within the UK academic world I suspect the jobs.ac.uk service
(http://www.jobs.ac.uk/) is usually the first place to look. Humanities
computing-like jobs have a tendency to fall under one or more of a) the
academic subject (e.g. English, History, Modern Languages etc); b)
Computing; c) Librarianship. (Depending on the perception of the post by
the recruiting department or institution.) The nice thing about jobs.ac.uk
are the email alerting services and the RSS feeds (e.g. reproduced at
http://www.humbul.ac.uk/jobfeed.html).
