    Further to the successful and highly competitive 1st, 2nd and 3rd
    conferences on Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP), the
    4th RANLP conference will be held from 10 to 12 September this year.

    The conference will take the form of addresses from invited keynote
    speakers plus individual papers. There will also be an exhibition area for
    poster and demo sessions.

    The following is a list of RANLP'2003's keynote speakers:

         Branimir Boguraev (IBM)
         Shalom Lappin (King's College)
         Inderjeet Mani (Georgetown University)
         Stephen Pulman (Oxford University)
         Hans Uszkoreit (University of Saarland)
         Yorick Wilks (Sheffield University)

    accepted papers and the pre-conference tutorials which will take place from
    7 to 9 September 2003.

    The conference will be also preceded by the workshop on "Information
    Extraction for Slavonic and other Central and Eastern European Languages"
