                           Call for Working Group Participation
                                  Friday April 11, 2003

    Below are details of an important new Working Group formed at the
    Washington College of Law's Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic
    to explore possible solutions to problems that creators and scholars face
    in obtaining copyright clearances. The group needs full public input and
    response to some proposed legislative solutions the group has developed.
