It's not surprising if you're in the discipline -- as much as anything
else, it's the fact that a lot of schools do not count electronic
publishing as "real publishing", hence it does not count in tenure
decisions, promotions, pay raises, etc.

Personally, I'd about 1000 times rather read something on paper than on
my computer screen, BTW. Also, if I really want to keep the info that I
find on-line, I print it out and put it in my files....I have about
twice as much paper now as I did in the days before "paperless offices".
