Subject: Edna Aphek, Minimizing the digital divide

Humanists will be interested in an article to which the author has kindly
alerted me, "Minimizing the Digital Divide and the Inter-Generation Gap",
in Ubiquity: An ACM Magazine and Forum, 2.29 (25/9 - 1/10 2001) at
    <http://www.acm.org/ubiquity/volume_2/issue_29.html>, in which Professor
Aphek reports on a project in which "[c]hildren tutor seniors at computer
and Internet skills and get a lesson in history".

    Yours,
    WM
