Minimum requirements: Master's degree; excellent interpersonal,=20
communications, planning, organizational skills; Experience, knowledge=

of current research in higher education teaching, curriculum=20
development, instructional design, instructional technology, or=20
instructional evaluation; demonstrated ability to develop cooperative=

partnerships with diverse constituencies in rapidly changing=20
environment; knowledge of availability and suitability of information=

resources and technology to enhance instruction.

Preferred: Doctorate; degree in educational technology, curriculum=20
design, or related field; training, supervisory, faculty development=

programming, grants experience.

Salary: $50,000 minimum. Benefits include health/dental plans, 75%=20
