Apologies to those who may have experienced delays or "error messages"
yesterday and today on the NINCH Website.

I have been introducing a greater degree of rationality to the html files
as the site has grown in the last month or two. Stability, I believe, has
returned to the site but if you're a regular user and you get an error
message please hit the RELOAD button on your browser, and if that fails to
work, please email me with the problem.
