Hi to the man from Canada!
My mother-in-law says that she is aware of such biases in
LOC keywords and to tell you that librarians and their
associations are on the front lines fighting them, etc. Grandma
Mary is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon Library School and she
spent over 40 years as a librarian, both in public and college
libraries. She was very concerned that I let you know that.
