Subject: Aristotle Zazie

On the first page of _Zazie dans le m=E9tro_ there is an epigraph from
Aristotle: *ho plasas e(eta)phanisen*. This means "the one who shaped it
(artist? shoep? god?) has disappeared", more or less, but obviously the
context would be helpful. Can anyone identify the exact source in Aristotle
please?

I hope I have the e-conventions for Greek right, and sorry if not.
