LASPAU is a non-profit organization that administers a
variety of scholarship grants for qualified Latin American
students and faculty to continue their education in the
U.S. and Canada. In conjunction with these programs, LASPAU
is also involved with several telecommunications
initiatives related to inter-American universities and
research institutions, specifically researchers and
professors in the humanities, social and information sciences.
Please take a moment to answer these questions. We will
use the replies to aid us in designing proposals aimed at
developing network access for the inter-American research
community, and to demonstrate to potential funders the
utility of the Internet for researchers and universities.
Thanks for your time! Please feel free to forward this
along.
