RusTeX-L was originally established as a forum for discussing a Russian
implementation of TeX. It has since expanded its focus to general Cyrillic
text-processing, ranging from software reviews to quite technical discussions
of issues like character set architecture or hyphenation routines. Political
discussions and "please send a greeting to my friend with a modem in
Vladivostok" messages are _not_ welcome.
