Thanks to Jody Gilbert for reminding me of my goof on Hypertalk. I had
in mind the HyperCard stack named "HyperMacinTalk", that allows you to
use MacinTalk easily inside a stack you create.
"HyperMacinTalk" is a non-commercial program, and used to be on the
servers at Princeton and Rice, and may still be. If you can't find it
then let me know and I'll binhex it and send it to you.

May I suggest that however ugly greater than signs in column one might
be, they do serve the purpose of emphasizing that this is quoted material.
Given the various forms and permutations that text sometimes goes through,
if the lines with the open and close quotes should be deleted, it may
be less obvious that the material is quoted. Ordinarily I would agree
with decisions based on good aesthetic criteria, but in this case,
I urge consideration of the practical over the pretty.

Thanks for the tip. I've had that title suggested to me before and
never got around to reading it. Maybe this will do the trick.
Humanist is getting quite interesting. Keep up the good work.
