Subject: MLA session: Hypertext and Lit. Theory
Any humanists with an interest in hypertext and literary theory are
welcome to attend a special session on that subject at this year's MLA
convention in Washington (session S270, noon-1:15 in Monroe East of the
Hilton). The speakers will be George Landow of Brown University, Jay
David Bolter of the University of North Carolina, and Terence Harpold of
the University of Pennsylvania. I'm also trying to organize a social
event for those interested in hypertext and electronic writing systems,
time and place to be arranged -- a followup on last year's Hypertext
Dinner.
