[ICA-EGAD-RiC] Advice on form of consultation

Dear Jenny,

After consulting with the members of EGAD, I write to say that we think your review strategy good, with one important suggestion.

The suggestion: move general comments to the top and include general observations on the model as a whole, the objectives, etc.
